售后服務(wù)承諾書 After-sales Instruction 致尊敬的用戶: To respected users: 在您的支持和信任之下,為保障您的利益,使您得到更好更的服務(wù),我司在此做出如下承諾: With your support and trust, in order to protect your interest and provide you with better and higher-quality service, we guarantee as followings: 一、安裝前準(zhǔn)備工作 Preparative works before installation 1. 我方所提供的設(shè)備質(zhì)量優(yōu)良,嶄新未經(jīng)使用,已通過出廠質(zhì)量檢驗,包裝良好,適合長途運(yùn)輸。 The product we provided is of high-quality, and in accordance with the quality standard set by the manufacturer. With fine packing, the equipment will keep all right in long distance transportation. 2. 發(fā)貨前20天 我方以書面形式將設(shè)備安裝的準(zhǔn)備條件通知zui終用戶,在得到用戶書面發(fā)貨要求后,我方將準(zhǔn)時發(fā)貨。 We will notify the end-users about the preparation work of the equipment’s installation before 20 days the consignment in writing form, upon the receipt of the consignment notification; we will deliver the goods in time. 二、質(zhì)保期內(nèi)所提供服務(wù) The service provided within the warranty period. 1.我們保證為貨物提供為期 1 年的保修,保修時間從驗收簽字起計算。在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)我方將嚴(yán)格遵守中華人民共和國的相關(guān)法律和法規(guī)對貨物提供“三包”等售后服務(wù),除非合同另行規(guī)定。 We will provide 1 year of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance, We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes and regulations promulgated by the People’s Republic of China and provide “Three Guarantees” and other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract 2.在保修期內(nèi)由我方設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的故障,我方將在持續(xù)不斷48小時內(nèi)響應(yīng),接到通知后3個工作日之內(nèi)到現(xiàn)場服務(wù),并必須連續(xù)進(jìn)行維修,直至故障*排除,設(shè)備*恢復(fù)正常為止。在修理之后,我方將故障成因、補(bǔ)救措施、完成修理及恢復(fù)正常的時間和日期等報告給業(yè)主,報告一式兩份。 We will respond within continuous 48 hours concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 3 working days. After the repair, we will submit a report in duplicate concerning of the cause, remediation measure, schedule etc. 3.我們在國內(nèi)設(shè)有(或委托)*性常駐維修機(jī)構(gòu)處理所有維修服務(wù),并配有專職的、具有三年以上相應(yīng)工作經(jīng)驗的技術(shù)人員。備品備件等供應(yīng)充足*可以滿足用戶五年所需。在委托國內(nèi)*性常駐維修機(jī)構(gòu)承擔(dān)維修服務(wù)時,我們將提供具有法律效力的相關(guān)證明文件。 We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair and maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years.
